Publication conditions
To publish an article in No 9/2025 of the journal "Galician Studies: Law Sciences", necessary until March 31 2025 inclusive:
- fill in the certificate about the author;
- send an article designed in accordance with the specified requirements to the editor's e-mail.
All articles are internally anonymously peer-reviewed and checked for plagiarism (using StrikePlagiarism.com software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl).
After receiving confirmation from the editorial board that the article has been accepted for publication, details for payment of the publication fee are provided.
It is absolutely necessary to send a scanned (photographed) receipt for the payment of the cost of publishing a scientific article to e-mail law@gi.ternopil.ua
The cost of publication is 1400 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of UAH 40. The publication fee covers the costs associated with review, proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the magazine and placement of its electronic version.
If desired, the author of the article can order a printed copy of the magazine. The cost of a printed copy is 800 UAH, which must be paid in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website before June 15, 2025.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before July 31, 2025.
