Publication conditions
To publish an article in No 11/2025 of the journal "Galician Studies: Law Sciences", necessary until October 31 2025 inclusive:
- fill in the certificate about the author;
- send an article designed in accordance with the specified requirements to the editor's e-mail law@gi.ternopil.ua.
All articles are internally anonymously peer-reviewed and checked for plagiarism (using StrikePlagiarism.com software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl).
After receiving confirmation from the editorial board that the article has been accepted for publication, details for payment of the publication fee are provided.
It is absolutely necessary to send a scanned (photographed) receipt for the payment of the cost of publishing a scientific article to e-mail law@gi.ternopil.ua
The cost of publication is 1400 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of UAH 40. The publication fee covers the costs associated with review, proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the magazine and placement of its electronic version.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, the author of the article can order a printed copy of the magazine. The cost of a printed copy is 800 UAH, which must be paid in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website before January 15, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before February 28, 2026.
